Focus on Blue and Face to the Future
—— School Year 2017-2018 (the 2nd semester) "Blue Project" and "Future Class" Teachers' Training Conference in the Middle School Attached To Sichuan University.
Focusing on the school's working principle of "adhere to cultural guidance, adhere to formal guarantee, adhere to quality improvement", closely adhere to the school's development goal of "cultivation-research-oriented" modern school, and combine with the practical situation of the school and city, in order to enhance the professional quality of young teachers and promote the construction of "future schools", our school organized "Blue Project" and "future class" teachers from July 6 to 7, 2018. Young school teachers, future class teachers and all administrators participated in the training activities.
The first stage of the activity is to go to the junior middle school of Qinglong Town in Jianyang City, which is a paired school between urban and rural areas for communication and discussion. Yao Liping, on behalf of young teachers in schools and Wen Qiuyue on behalf of teachers from "Future Class", have exchanged on their professional growth and the high integration of information technology and subject teaching. Tan Xiulan and Xie Hebin on behalf of teachers of Qinglong Town Junior Middle School sincerely shared their political and physical education teaching work and personal growth experience. Principal Liu of Qinglong Town Junior High School warmly welcomed our teachers' arrival and gave a high appraisal to our teachers' high quality and diligent study. He hoped that our school could organize more similar support activities to lead their school to develop together.
The second stage of the activity is group communication. Four groups of young teachers and a group of "future class" teachers discussed the topics of young teachers' growth and "future classroom". Each group exchanged intensely and enthusiastically, discussing their own confusion one after another. The administration is divided into groups and participates in the discussion.
After the training activities, young teachers and "future class" teachers also handed in the "young teacher growth record" and "understanding of the future classroom" written materials, summed up the experience of this training. Teachers feel happy and enriched, not only harvested professional knowledge, but also get along well with colleagues. It is hoped that through various training activities, school teachers can build up problem awareness, sort out teaching experience, improve professional accomplishment, and become "training-research" teachers, so as to make due contributions to the further development of the school.
